A new association is set to provide the residential and commercial property markets in the region with a new, one-stop service covering both Birmingham city centre and the surrounding areas including Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield.
Maguire Jackson, the specialist, city centre-based estate agents, has joined forces with fellow independent agents, Hunters, which has seven offices across the West Midlands region.
John Ozwell, managing director of Hunters said, "In the past two years, we have bought some 400 city centre apartments on behalf of our clients, which has led us to link with a centrally-located agent in Birmingham.
"Maguire Jackson's experienced sales and lettings team, along with their ambitious plans to expand further in the city centre market, are perfect for adding value to our clients, particularly those in the new homes market."

The association will initially be based on recommendations, referrals and joint marketing activity, particularly in the new homes and commercial markets.
