Specialist city centre agency Maguire Jackson has been appointed by Space Organisation to let 13,020 ft of office space in The Pig Beg, one of the city's landmark buildings.
The entire fifth floor of the seven-storey building is being let. With its spectacular views across Birmingham's skyline, Philip Jackson says the opportunity is a rare one.
"As far as we're aware, this is the first time an office plate of this size has become available in the Jewellery Quarter. For it to be in one of the city's most famous landmark buildings with the views the Big Peg enjoys, makes it really special," he explained.
"An office this size would perfectly suit a public sector organisation looking to relocate to a more competitively-priced building. The previous company had 100 people comfortably working in the space, so it may be suitable for a call centre operation.

"The parking in the Jewellery Quarter is more competitive as well ? there's a multi-storey car park next door to the Big Peg which charges the same for an entire day's parking than a meter in the city centre does for an hour," he said.
