Marc Allsopp runs Allsopp Financial Management Ltd, a firm of Chartered Financial Planners based in Central Birmingham. Marc has thirteen years experience advising companies and individuals on tax & pension planning. Whilst Marc doesn’t select the individual properties he does advise on the risk & the optimum financial structure of the purchase vehicle for maximum returns.

Philip Jackson

Currently a Director of Maguire Jackson Ltd, a multi disciplined property agency practice based in Central Birmingham. Philips background comes from Hamptons International in Central London to managing a Chesterton’s agency office in Mayfair. He subsequently built the agency team for Stirling Ackroyd, based in London’s City Fringe & set up the firm in Central Birmingham. This has given him expertise both in mixed use property developments but also in the longer term potential for well located secondary properties that sit ,often because of size, away of the eyes of the leading firms of surveyors, property companies & pension investment companies.

Kathryn Molloy

Currently an active agency surveyor based in Central Birmingham but with major contacts in leading regional surveying practices. Having been educated in Manchester & Birmingham Kathryn has an eye for property opportunities & working alongside Philip Briggs brings together off market plus current market properties which offer good long term returns, both in income plus potential capital growth.
